Since launching last year it's now one of Australia's fastest growing health insurers attracting over 30,000 customers already. The Melbourne-based company was born out of the personal experiences of CEO Andy Sheats and his founding team who believed health insurance was too complex and required the elimination of asterisks and small print. With an online background derived from his former role as a senior executive at, Andy built a team of 17, including insurance and digital experts, to design hassle-free policies that were easy to buy, understand and use and accessible at all hours. Product innovation has been critical with strategy shaped around clarity and transparency on what is bought and on payments received. Their personal approach to customer service is what is setting them apart from their competitors.
